This highly visual, unique, ‘hands on’ 4 in 1 resource, combines fractions, decimals, percentages, and Pie into one versatile piece of mathematical equipment. Compare and investigate relationships between these four areas of mathematical equivalence, without the need for additional resources as all 4 sides are printed. Make comparisons between fractions, decimals, percentages, and pie, or investigate the division of 1 whole into halves, thirds, quarters, fifths, sixths, eights, tenths which are commonly used fractions. Sevenths and ninths have been excluded as they only divide into 1 whole with a remainder. The facility to add or subtract blocks from any of the sections enable teachers to demonstrate a variety of activities. The two empty channels at the bottom of the tray can be used for comparison purposes. The quality wooden beech blocks are varnished and set in a sturdy wooden tray with removable feet which slot into the two comparison channels.
