Delivery
Mainland UK: Orders placed online over £75.00 ex. VAT will be delivered free of charge. Orders below the value of £75.00 ex. VAT will incur a £4.95 ex. VAT carriage charge.
Delivery outside mainland UK: Please send your enquiry to admin@eduk8worldwide.co.uk, or call 01661 831 080, your order will be reviewed on an individual basis, and a bespoke delivery quote will be advised.
International delivery: Please send your order enquiry to accounts@eduk8worldwide.co.uk your order will be reviewed on an individual basis, and a bespoke delivery quotes will be advised.
Returns
All unwanted or wrongly ordered items must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt, stating the reason for return. Goods returned by the customer without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returns should be received by us in original packaging, undamaged and in re-saleable condition. Return costs will be at the purchaser’s expense and upon satisfactory receipt and inspection, either a credit or refund will be issued.
